On The Table Read Magazine, “the best arts and entertainment magazine UK“, rock veterans Aranda unleash their most emotionally raw single yet, “You Don’t Wanna Know”—a hard-hitting confession of vulnerability and past hauntings wrapped in gritty, headbanging riffs and powerhouse vocals.

You Don’t Wanna Know

Rock veterans Aranda, hailing from Oklahoma City, have released their most emotionally raw single to date. “You Don’t Wanna Know” combines the band’s signature hard-hitting sound with an unflinching exploration of loving someone while still carrying the weight of past mistakes.

The track captures the internal conflict between the desire for connection and the fear of true vulnerability. It reflects the universal challenge of entering new relationships, recovering from heartbreak, or navigating the uncertain space in between. At its core, the song addresses the deep-seated brokenness that makes it difficult to believe someone can love you beyond your flaws. Delivered through fierce guitars, powerhouse vocals, and unrelenting energy, “You Don’t Wanna Know” channels turbulence, turmoil, and unfiltered honesty into gritty, headbanging rock.

Aranda

Aranda was formed in Oklahoma City in 2001 by brothers Dameon Aranda (lead vocals and guitar) and Gabe Aranda (lead vocals and keyboards). Over more than two decades, the hard rock/post-grunge outfit has built a lasting career on raw emotion, soaring melodies, and relentless touring.

Their breakthrough arrived with the 2008 self-titled debut album on Astonish Entertainment, which produced two Top 40 Active Rock hits: “Still in the Dark” (peaking at #31) and “Whyyawannabringmedown” (#26). The latter track gained wider recognition through a cover by Kelly Clarkson on her platinum album All I Ever Wanted and served as the theme song for WWE’s The Bash.

After signing with Wind-up Records, Aranda released Stop the World in 2012, marking their commercial high point. The album spawned three Top 40 singles—”Undone” (#24), “Satisfied” (#14), and “One More Lie” (#15)—and earned a nomination for RadioContraband Indie Artist of the Year.

The follow-up, Not the Same (2015), debuted at #12 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart and delivered two more Top 40 hits: “Don’t Wake Me” (#17) and “We Are the Enemy” (#18). Transitioning to independent releases, the band issued Recollections of a Painted Year in 2022. In 2025, their collaboration with A.D.A.M. Music Project on “Punch Out” reached #33 on the charts, further solidifying their ongoing relevance.
