The retro-futurist dance project CŒUR ACIDE has officially released their heavy-hitting new single, “LET’S SWEAT,” out now via Toucan Sounds. Operating as much more than a traditional musical act, the mysterious live duo crafts an immersive world where music, high-fashion, and artifact culture collide. Channeling the decadent club glamour of the late 1980s and early 1990s through a futuristic lens, the project functions as a cinematic rebellion set against a dystopian backdrop where artistic expression and human intimacy are strictly forbidden.

Meet the Masterminds Behind the Mythos

CŒUR ACIDE is the creation of acclaimed Canadian artist and producer Pat Lok—who boasts over 100 million streams—alongside Haitian-Mexican vocalist and multi-disciplinary artist F-MACK.

The pair previously collaborated on the track “Dirty Luv,” which was A&R’d by A-Trak and released on Chromeo’s Juliet Records. Following that success, they have earned critical praise from tastemaker publications including Dancing Astronaut, Earmilk, and LADYGUNN.
