On The Table Read Magazine, “the best arts and entertainment magazine UK“, Rebelski completes his acclaimed trilogy with the release of Algorithms, a human-first exploration of piano-led minimalism evolving into propulsive, organic electronica.
Rebelski
Martin Rebelski, widely known as Rebelski, has announced and released his highly anticipated new album Algorithms, completing a thoughtful trilogy that began with Simplicity (2023) and Monochrome (2024). The album is available now on limited-edition vinyl, cassette, CD, and digital formats, primarily through Bandcamp initially, ahead of wider streaming.

From Stillness to Motion: The New Single “Momentum”
The album’s lead single, “Momentum”, released earlier in 2026, marks a pivotal shift in Rebelski’s sound. Previously known for introspective, piano-driven minimalism, this track introduces motorik rhythms and evolving electronic elements, building from atmospheric synth beds into an uplifting, propulsive piece of organic electronica. It serves as the narrative turning point on the 10-track album—positioned at track six—where reflection transitions into progression and stillness yields to forward motion.
The composition opens with quiet anticipation, layering modular melodies that gradually gain texture and drive. This deliberate build mirrors the title’s essence: earned propulsion rather than abrupt force. Written, recorded, and produced over 12 months amid touring, “Momentum” highlights Rebelski’s growth while foreshadowing the album’s broader exploration of electronic forms.
Completing the Trilogy: Humanity vs. Automation in Algorithms
Algorithms acts as the final chapter in Rebelski’s trilogy, recorded across studios and outdoor locations in Manchester, Barcelona, and Shropshire. The album weaves field recordings of humanity, wildlife, and nature with close-mic’d captures of acoustic and mechanical details—the hammer strikes, pedal thuds, finger movements, and breaths on piano, alongside modular synths.
Rebelski describes the project as a musical reflection on our algorithm-driven era of targeted ads, content recommendations, and behavioral tracking. He aimed to create an “analogue, human-first counterpoint” to automated culture, blending modern recording techniques with respect for traditional methods.
Tracks include “Today,” “Sanctuary,” “Photograph,” “Calculate,” “Snow,” “Momentum,” “Roads,” “Mirror,” “Leaf,” and “Waves,” painting a sonic journey from introspection to expansion.

A Composer at the Center Stage
After years supporting major acts on the road, Rebelski continues to carve his own path as a composer and recording artist. His work draws from ambient, minimalist, and contemporary classical influences, often layering piano, synthesizers, and strings into delicate, filmic textures. Algorithms represents both evolution and culmination—honoring human elements amid coded existence, propelled by the organic energy of electronic innovation.
Fans can secure physical copies or stream via Bandcamp, with wider availability following. This release solidifies Rebelski’s standing as a distinctive voice in modern instrumental music.
