Negative emotions like anger, fear, guilt, resentment, hurt, and disappointment do not have to be carried for life, according to author Anthony Grant. His book ‘Rone®’ introduces a method designed to remove negative emotional loads in just one session. Drawing on over 25 years of observation and practical work with well over 1,000 people, Grant challenges conventional wisdom regarding human behavior, health, and relationships.

The Origin of Rone®
Anthony Grant developed the Removal Of Negative Emotions method out of personal necessity after struggling with health issues for decades. Born during the Second World War with eczema, jaundice, asthma, and severe allergies, Grant spent five formative years in a convalescent home. Severe allergies caused him to miss two months of school every summer, leading to deep-seated insecurity that shadowed his life for 55 years.
Relief finally arrived at age 56 when he addressed the underlying insecurity driving his asthma. While battling arthritis in his hips and experiencing how anger increased his physical pain while calmness eased it, he recognized the profound link between physical suffering and emotional load. After encountering early forms of energy psychology like EFT, he refined his own system to achieve consistent results. Today, Grant states that 98 percent of bodily suffering starts with a negative emotion, and his method aims to clear that burden permanently.

Beyond Emotional Release
While the core of the book focuses on clearing past trauma, the narrative expands into three additional provocative subjects. Grant explores the Resonator, a small electronic device that challenges accepted ideas about the human body and natural bodily processes. He also investigates blood groups through the lens of personality traits and emotional responses rather than viewing them as mere medical labels.
The final area explores the behavioral and emotional differences between women and men. Grant asks why the sexes often want different things and why identical situations produce conflicting emotional reactions. While these four topics appear disconnected at first glance, long-term observation reveals underlying links that invite readers to question inherited assumptions.
Challenging Conventional Thinking
The book does not ask for blind acceptance, but instead encourages skepticism, curiosity, and serious discussion. Because formal clinical trials cost upwards of one million pounds, advertising the 98 percent effectiveness claimed by the therapy remains challenging. Consequently, these writings serve as an accessible first step toward sharing practical wisdom that works. Readers willing to question familiar paradigms may find themselves viewing health, behavior, and emotional well-being through an entirely new lens.
