She has not killed them all yet however her future is filled with quest after quest taking her north and south with ever-increasing intense battles and pressure to survive. While she is hired by friendly royals to root out the evil of the land, she becomes romantically involved with a handsome soldier who assists her not only with the mission but also in uncovering a huge secret from her past.

Delivering so much more depth than readers have come to expect in such stories (and boasting one of the most intriguing sub-titles for a very long time), protagonist Katherine draws readers in as she shares not only her skill at tracking and killing her prey, but her desire to be considered the best in the werewolf hunting trade.

Whilst bringing into full play all the folklore which engulfs these supernatural menaces, for a werewolf story to stand out it should offer something unique.
