The exhibition is located in Wembley Park in north-west London. Standard daily time slots begin between 9am and 10am and run until 5pm, with extended hours until 7pm on Saturdays. Operating days vary by season, shifting to Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting from 30 August. Tickets require advance booking due to high attendance figures and past sell-out holiday periods.

What Visitors Will Find Inside

Fourteen distinct Pixar universes fill the expansive floor plan, featuring twenty-seven life-sized character sculptures. Production teams spent twelve months in planning and six weeks on-site assembling the physical environments alongside a crew of over three hundred professionals.

Visitors walk through physical recreations of iconic film locations including Andy’s Room, the Scare Factory from Monsters, Inc., and the Great Barrier Reef. The London location features a global premiere for the Sunnyside Daycare room from Toy Story 3, complete with sculptures of Jessie, the Aliens, and Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear.

Sensory Design and Practical Features

Environmental storytelling extends beyond visual sets through custom olfactory design. Six bespoke scents recreate specific cinematic moments, such as the smell of freshly cut grass representing Paradise Falls from Up, burning incense inside Mama Coco’s home from Coco, and the sea breeze of Portorosso from Luca.

The venue maintains full accessibility provisions for visitors with motor, hearing, and visual impairments. Planners designed the layout to accommodate pushchairs and wheelchair users, ensuring straightforward navigation across the large indoor footprint.
