Sindy Hoxha Releases Emotional New Single, Feeling Blue

Albanian singer/songwriter Sindy Hoxha is a vibrant pop artist with a colourful background. Born and raised in Italy, before moving to New York, she has enjoyed success in her music career by creating something original, combining her love of sad pop with her extensive cultural background.

“I just let my emotions flow from my mind to my fingertips, to finally the keys,” explained Sindy Hoxha about her songwriting process.

The Brooklyn-based artist is now releasing her latest single, Feeling Blue.

“Just by reading the title of the song, Feeling Blue, one may already guess it’s going to be a sad song,” said Sindy Hoxha. “And it is in fact a song about a heartbreak. Feeling Blue is generally inspired by intricate love stories displayed in movies, and what I imagine a heartbreak from a significant other could feel like.”

With delicate piano melodies allowing Sindy’s vocals to shine as she narrates a story of heartbreak and taking a more mellow approach to her sound, this ballad is sure to touch your heart. Her raw vocals, brimming with sincerity and authenticity, convey every ounce of emotion. Feeling Blue feels cold and wintery, and makes a musical comparison between the sadness and frustration expressed in the lyrics and the blustery, cold weather of winter. The main theme is the consequences of wishful thinking, which many of us as humans have experienced.

Feeling Blue successfully conveys the deep ache of longing and sadness and was produced by Aaron Monroe (Missy Elliott) and engineered by Harry Conyers (Savion Studio), who has also worked on films starring Jay Sean, Stephanie Mills, and Colonel Abrams.
