On April 21, 2023, Mann, a Mixology Consultant and Cocktail Innovator, will visit Heritage Le Telfair to create a new hotel signature cocktail, compete in a cocktail competition with the bartenders, and teach hotel guests how to make cocktails.

On May 5, 2023, French chef Thibault Sombardier will prepare dishes at Heritage Le Telfair and Le Chateau de Bel Ombre. Thibault Sombardier, 37, is a culinary expert of his time blending haute cooking with a more uninhibited food and climate. A finalist on the television series Top Gourmet specialist, Thibaut presently works inside the 5* inn Pavillon du Faubourg Holy person Germain, in Paris, in the café “Les Parisiens”.

Two Michelin Star Culinary expert Franck Putelat (right) will visit from nineteenth to 26th November, and preparing meals on Friday 24th November at Legacy Le Telfair and Saturday 25th November at Le Château de Bel Ombre.

Sustainable Culinary Week: 7th to 17th July 2023, will be hosted by a chef with a French Michelin star (name to be announced soon). It will highlight Bel Ombre as a culinary destination by showcasing the talent of local chefs and the variety of varied agricultural offerings in the region.

Signature lunches and dinners prepared by the top Michelin-starred chef, cooking classes, a trip to the market with the chef, and a sumptuous gala dinner with a seven-course menu at the enchanting Château de Bel Ombre are just some of the offerings for guests.

Heritage Le Telfair

Heritage Le Telfair is a five-star plantation-style hotel with all-suites that offers a high level of personal service and luxurious accommodations for families and couples. The hotel, known as the “Small Luxury Hotel of the World,” is also popular with golfers who get free access to the Heritage Golf Course and wellness enthusiasts.
