A Versatile Career Spanning Decades

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Scott Fisher moved to Los Angeles to pursue his musical ambitions. He transitioned from extensive club touring to a successful career in television music composition, contributing to hit shows such as Shameless, Parks and Recreation, Better Call Saul, Raising Hope, Gossip Girl, Brothers and Sisters, and The Good Doctor.

Fisher’s multicultural upbringing with a French mother and American father opened him to diverse influences. His musical journey began with classical piano training under exiled German concert pianist Ilse Glassel. This foundation is evident in his early solo work, which leaned heavily on piano-driven styles including piano/pop, classical, and Bossa Nova.

Throughout his career, Fisher has fearlessly explored new genres, consistently stepping outside his comfort zone. His talent has earned him opportunities to open for acclaimed artists including Brandi Carlile, Augustana, and Pink Martini.
