Originally from the East of Scotland, Henry has met many difficult situations and challenges that he faced in his earlier life and career while working in remote sites and war zones globally as a Chef Consultant.

Henry has also written a Highland banquet cook book featuring complete menus for different areas of Scotland, with a unique twist.
