Born and raised in Turkey, Ozlem Warren is enthusiastic about sharing the historical and cultural wealth of her country through its food. Her journey into the culinary world began on a different continent, and far from her own country. In 2005, she joined Central Market Cooking School in Texas, offering Turkish cookery classes as a guest chef in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
In 2009, her family moved to Britain, inspiring her to launch her Turkish recipe blog, Ozlem’s Turkish Table, so she could connect with Turkish food lovers all over the world.
