Actress, model and presenter Gemma Gordon has taken on a new role, reporting from red carpets around the world for FabUK TV. Her first outing took her to the BMI Film Festival in London, where she interviewed acting legend Bill Nighy, amongst others, followed a few days later by the Orion Star Awards that recognise women for their humanitarian contributions, at the House Of Lords.

Her next assignment will be Madeira Fashion Weekend, taking place over the 17th and 18th of November, where Gemma will be interviewing models, designers and celebrities on the red carpet.

What Gemma is particularly excited for in her new career move is joining the FabUK team at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2023, followed by he Venice Film Festival in September. This passion for film and television, and experience in the world of acting, also inspired FabUK TV to give Gemma her own show, the “Gemma Talks Chat Show”, where Gemma interviews directors, producers and actors in a sit down chat.

Gemma Gordon’s Acting Career

After studying drama at The Academy of Live & Recorded Arts in London, Gemma was offered a scholarship and graduated in 2015 from the prestigious New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, an institutionally accredited member of the National Association of Schools of Theatre.

Ditties Presents

Gemma can be seen regularly in the series, a dark comedy TV show starring Mark Wingett (best known for his role in Snow White and the Huntsman, the Hollywood fantasy film starring Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron). She also played alongside Ian Gelder (Game of Thrones) in the episode ‘The Witching Hour’ that won best feature in the Unrestricted View Film Festival.

Cold Sun

Gemma has a supporting role in Cold Sun, an international crime thriller directed by Jason Figgis, and starring Hollywood star Tara Reid (American Pie), Lesley Anne Down (Justice), and Patrick Bergin (Sleeping with the Enemy). Shooting starts early 2023.

Swipe Fever

Due for release later in the year, a comedy about “hook up” culture of meaningless one night stands and superficial relationships on social media from the producers of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Mia And The Dragon Princess

Gemma has a supporting role in Mia and the Dragon Princess, an interactive game/film starring Paul McGann (Doctor Who) and Myanna During (Twilight Saga). It will be released on STEAM (a gaming platform) in 2022.

The Coat

Gemma will lead alongside Bruce Jones (Coronation Street, The Full Monty) playing his daughter. A dramatic thriller directed by Jason Figgis.

Gemma Gordon’s Modeling Career

Gemma’s talent and looks have secured her a number of modelling roles, most recently she was chosen to be the Face of OLAY, in an advertising campaign to be released later in the year.
