Cave Rescue, a thriller based on the real-life Tham Luang cave rescue incident from 2018, stars Jim Warny (“The Rescue”), Ekawat Niratvorapanya (“Girl From Nowhere”), and Lawrence de Stefano (“The Flight Attendant”). Based on the true nail-biting mitrue story that captivated the world, Cave Rescue is about an international team of elite divers who have been mobilized to rescue a boys soccer team, trapped in a cave by rising floodwaters.

Director, producer, and co-writer Tom Waller, said of filming Cave Rescue, “It was a true honor and privilege to work closely with the real cave divers who participated in the hazardous mission to save the 13 ‘Wild Boars’ soccer team from the cave in Thailand 4 years ago – they are the real superheroes of this miraculous story and showed us the power of the human spirit.”

Olivier Lliboutry

Known for working on films across the world, including in France, Europe, French Polynesia, USA, China, Thailand, South America and the Middle East, the Cave Rescue soundtrack was composed by Olivier Lliboutry.

Olivier Lliboutry began his music career at the age of 5, starting with violin lessons, and soon followed by piano and harmony. When he discovered electronic music and the use of synthesizzers, he entered the Pierre Schaeffer electrco-acousint music composition at the “Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique de Paris”.

He went on to study in Los Angeles at the Grove Shool of Music in 1985, followed by UCLA and a film music workshop at BMI. After receiving his diplomas, he returned ot france to study at the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris, graduating in Conducting and Compisition in 1998.

In 1990, Olivier Lliboutry began his career in film music, and has worked on everything from features, shorts, TV shows, advertising, to scoring full symphonic orchestras with choirs, ethnic soloists or vocalists.
