The prequel, MEG: Origins, has been incorporated into the new 25th anniversary edition. Two previously unpublished Angel of Death novellas, brand-new MEG artwork, photos, and the author’s commentary are among the additional features and bonuses.

Alten described how MEG: Legacy is his gift to the “MEGheads,” his most devoted readers. Just 5,000 sets are being printed, and they won’t be sold on Amazon — just on his site, www.stevealten.com.
Fans can pre-order any one of the seven books individually or the set as a whole. A portion of MEG Legacy’s earnings are being given to an innovative cancer treatment. Alten himself was recently found to have kidney cancer.
The MEG series is one of the 18 best-selling thrillers written by Steve Alten. His most memorable novel, MEG, distributed in 1997, launched the free teen reading program, Adopt-an-Author, and was adapted for the big screen and hit No. 1 in August of 2018 at the box office. MEG-2: The TRENCH, debuts in cinemas this August.
